At Ringers Western, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label, then drop your parcel off at any authorized post office or collection point.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
